Albourne Estate Blanc de Blancs

Albourne Estate 2015 Blanc de Blancs is a dry sparkling white wine from Sussex, England. It’s 100% Chardonnay with 11.5% abv and it is a vibrant vintage English fizz bursting with apples, buttery pastry, almonds and fresh citrus.

Made from estate-grown and hand-picked Chardonnay fruit, the wine spends at least 36 months on lees prior to its release. A wine with elegance, finesse and subtle complexity, the fizz is made with a low dosage (5g/litre) and bottled full of apple and pastry notes.

We were sipping this a few weeks ago and couldn’t get over how good it is!
