La Barbacoa Verdejo

La Barbacoa is all about relaxed Spanish drinking – good food, good company and a bottle that doesn't take itself too seriously. This Verdejo comes from Galicia and is made by a cooperative of passionate growers who combine traditional Spanish winemaking with a more modern approach. The grapes are hand harvested before fermentation in stainless steel, helping to keep the wine fresh, fruity and full of character.
 
TASTING NOTES:
 
Fresh, bright and really easy drinking. The nose is packed with white peach, crisp apple and zesty lemon, with a subtle nuttiness in the background. Fresh and lively on the palate, with flavours of apricot and citrus, good acidity and a clean finish. A great wine to have chilled and ready to go.
