Pierre de Taille Coteaux de Provence

Pierre de Taille is produced by Hostellerie des Vins de Rognes, a cooperative made up of around 65 growers and almost 600 hectares of vineyards around the village of Rognes in Provence. The vineyards sit on the classic limestone-rich hills of the region, helping to give this rosé the freshness and mineral character you'd expect from a good Provençal rosé.

TASTING NOTES:

Pale and delicate in colour, with a lovely fresh and fruity nose of redcurrants, cherries and wild raspberries, alongside subtle citrus and mineral notes. Soft, light and dry on the palate, but with surprisingly good weight and depth. Fresh, balanced and incredibly easy to drink.
