It is beautifully crisp and has hints of green apples and citrus on the palate, with a delightful effervescence and delicate floral aromas.
A lot of the time non alcoholic sparkling wines can be overly sweet because the producers are trying to compensate for the lack of body that's normally provided by alcohol with sugar. This is suitably dry and balanced, whilst retaining great weight on the palate.

HOW IS IT MADE?
The grapes are harvested, pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats with a traditional winemaking process, before being dealcoholized via very gentle methods; which include distillation at low temperature & a patented method of aroma recovery. This way, we preserve the properties of the wine only without the alcohol. The result is an uncompromising wine alternative.
