Cueva Nueva Vermut

Cueva Nueva Vermut is a splendidly fun Vermouth from Spain, made by two American ex-pats who moved over to Spain due to their love of the food and drink culture there. 
 
Translated to New Cave, Cueva Nueva is a really delicious sweet vermouth. It's infused with a number of botanicals, but expect hints of cinnamon, clove and orange. It's nicely spiced and is perfect over ice with a slice of orange or for elevating mixed drinks like Negronis or Americanos. 
 
We don't do many drinks that aren't just wine in the strictest sense, so a vermouth has got to be good if we're to list it and I honestly loved this. I'm a big negroni fan and it is now my go-to vermouth when I make them.
