OXTE 'The Silence' Red Blend
Oxte Red Blend is a vibrant, vegan-friendly Spanish white wine made from Tempranillo, Garnacha Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, celebrated for its dark fruit and intense ripeness along with toasted notes of cocoa and coffee. Oxte is the local dialect for ‘The Silence’, a nod to the quiet beauty of the nearby mountain range.
🍇 Origin & Grapes
Oxte Red Blend hails from the Cariñena region in northern Spain, crafted by Bodem Bodegas—a sustainable winery nestled in the Sierra de Algairén mountains, the ancestral home of Garnacha.
The grapes are all fermented separately and then spend two months in a combination of both French and American oak barrels.
🌸 Aromatics & Flavour Profile
This wine is juicy, rich and smooth with concentrated dark fruit and intense ripeness along with toasted notes of cocoa and coffee. Good structure on the palate with a touch of tannins. Again we find the tones of black forest fruit and toffee. Full-bodied with an extraordinary finish.

Oxte Red Blend pairs beautifully with cheeses, cured meats, lamb and ribs. It's also the perfect accompaniment to vegan protein-based dishes such as tofu, quinoa or beans.
