Domaine Saint Andre Folie d'Ines Rosé

WHAT IS FOLIE D'INES ROSÉ?
 
Simply put, Folie d'Ines is the sister wine to Folie d'Ines blanc (one of my favourite wines of 2025). I absolutely love this Rosé.
 
BACKGROUND:
 
Folie d’Ines is named after Inès Hébert, the former owner of  Domaine Saint Andre. Folie d’Ines is the premium Cuvée from the Domaine Saint-André. Folie d'Ines Rosé is made from Grenache grapes, harvested near Thau Lagoon on France's Mediterranean coast.  
 
TASTING NOTES:
 
Very pale salmon pink in the glass. The nose is very elegant, with delicate aromas of fresh raspberry and strawberries. Hints of rose petal. The palate displays a lively start. The rich mid-palate offers a delicious fruity sensation, with a long expressive finish and mineral notes.
