Passi Neri Syrah

Passi Neri Syrah was recommended to me by my friend Marco. In actual fact, I was picking up some stock from him and he gave me a free bottle of it. I tried it about two weeks after and was hooked. It was fantastic!
 
WINERY BACKGROUND:
 
In 1981 Roberto Mazzei founded Alibrianza, his family-run business. From the beginning, the selection of wines has always been careful and precise, and when his son Andreas joins the company, the objective is to create a wider range of wines with even higher quality levels. Today Cantine Andreas Mazzei are dedicated to an accurate selection of wines coming from Piedmont, Sicily and Apulia.
 
TASTING NOTES:
 
Expect a fantastic red wine. Expect a fantastic red wine, full of rich dark berry notes intertwined with well integrated tannins. It's elegant yet rich. It's got a full body and amazing structure. It's just good.
