Pocas Soberbo Vermouth

Get ready for your newest favourite drink! I was luckily enough to be given a tour of the Pocas Port House in March 2025. It was absolutely outstanding and we tried some amazing Port wines. However, the stand out sample of the day with this amazing vermouth!
 
WHAT IS SOBERBO VERMOUTH?
 
Soberbo is the name of the drink. It's literal translation is 'Superb'.
Pocas is the producer
Vermouth is the style of fortified wine.
 
TASTING NOTES:
 
There's a lot going on with this. The texture is smooth yet full and you get insane floral notes, herbal notes such as rosemary, combined with hits of citrus like orange peel and a bitter note that I can't quite put my finger on. It's so refreshing and will take your evening from good to great!
