Pure Prosecco
Pure Prosecco is an absolute fantastic bit of fizz. It's produced by the well-renowned cooperative Casa Vinicola Botter and is a shining example of well-made Prosecco.
TASTING NOTES:
This Prosecco is a cut above most Proseccos at this price point. It's got all the classic hallmarks, in the sense that it's got beautiful citrus fruit characteristics, but it's got a certain creaminess to it that helps give it wonderful structure. The finish on this keeps going for days too, making it perfect for food pairing.

FOOD PAIRING:
This is pretty versatile. It's great in an Aperol spritz, good for a toast but if we're talking food pairing, I would go for something simple and elegant. I would pair this with a cream cheese and smoked salmon toasted bagel.
