Vallformosa Classic Brut Cava is really wonderful. To be honest, Cava doesn't get the recognition it deserves. It's made in the same way as Champagne but in general is released a lot younger. It can be produced anywhere in Spain but more often than not, it comes from Catalunya. This one specifically comes from the Penedes sub-region.
