A classic Pinot Grigio from Venezie in Northern Italy. It’s classic in every way. Crisp notes of apple, hints of hazelnut and touches of lemon. This is one you can drink on its own, but to be honest I’d serve it with some vegetable antipasto. Sundried tomatoes, grilled aubergines etc, all drizzled with a bit of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.
